Pokemon have always been able to speak in my headcanon, both to fellow pokemon and to humans. Sorry if it's jarring!
I have a lotta fun drawing the pokemon in this style, all except for charmander. I have trouble with its face.

Welp Mr. Rontu... talking pokemans!? that's... THAT'S... perfectly fine! 
I remember when playing the ol' games I talked to em' like in the anime, and liked to think that they could talk to you once a certain level of friendship it's reached, haha I still do to this day, that gives the game and the mons' more meaning haha!
Loving the colors and the pokemon expressions, to me Charmander looks fine, I mean it doesn't contrast with the others pokes designs, so it's fine in my book! Nice page indeed!
