This is Stormeon, my psychic eeveelution. I misunderstood what psychic types were when I was a kid--I thought the moon stone made Clefairy evolve into a psychic type, so I thought psychic had something to do with the moon. The popularity of Sailor Moon only encouraged this. So needless to say, this needed a huge revamp. The only things I kept the same are the moon on its forehead and the color purple. I wanted Stormeon to be distinctly different from the other eeveelutions by a sort of sleekness, like in Mew.

Oh okay good =) I've only drawn it out, I haven't even scanned it yet DX I cancelled all my art trades because I've gotten really inspired for my own personal work, but I WILL finish yours since you already did your side! I'm sorry for the long wait though =(
